The Nursery Revealed

Here is where our little one sleeps (or will sleep soon!) at night.

She is in the room a lot getting changed. We hung this bird mobile above the changing table to spark her interest and distract her while changing diapers.

The birds were handmade by my mother and then I attached them to the branch and hung it from the ceiling.

Her closet has all the supplies in it to get her through the day. Toys, blankets, and lots of wonderful clothes. The closet was customized with some wooden hangers and handmade monthly organizers (made by grandma) and is filled with adorable outfits.

In the other corner of the room is her book shelf! We have been reading her all kinds of stories at night. The elephant above the shelf was made by my mom's BFF and the painting on the shelf is also made by a family friend.

Next to the bookshelf we have a pink chair that was my great grandmother's. We were so excited to have it in the space. It was what gave me the inspiration for a gray and pink theme. It is also the perfect size for the space.

The Rug and ottoman also finish off the space perfectly! Hope you enjoy seeing our new space! Now you can see where all the great parenting is taking place! Ha!
