This is located on Cache La Poudre and Tejon Street in Colorado Springs. They have a great gourmet taco bar filled with shrimp, mahi mahi, grilled veggies, mango salsa and more. It is so good and so reasonable. Cody and I had dinner there last night for $11.00 and we were both full. YUM! No wonder they opened near a college. The ingredients are fresh and nutrititous while still at an affordable price. This is also a great place to go if you want to sit outside on a nice day because you can bring your dog on the patio too. (They have a water bowl!) And for all the beer lovers, there is a Taco cart located inside Bristol now.
