My How things Grow

We have now enjoyed two delicious salad lunches from the veggie garden at work. The spinach and lettuce are the only items ready in the garden but the peppers and tomatoes are getting really close.



It it so fun to watch the garden grow. Here are some before and after shots of the garden.



Also, this is the wonderful salad that we made (Mexican Themed). It is just as exciting as going out to lunch!!!
