The Wildlife Experiance

Friday at work we were surprised to see a mother and 6 baby ducks trapped in the swimming pool. They were trying to climb the walls out and just couldn't quite get out.



We set firewood along the steps to give them a way to waddle out.



By the time we left work 3 ducklings had escaped with the mom and 3 ducklings were taking the risk in the pool alone... On Tuesday checking out the pool will be the first thing I do!



Also, while gardening near the pond we notice a Blue Heron! It was being so still that I only got a few pictures. Seeing them fly away is such a bonus. I will really try to get a shot of that this summer.
